DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event that the parties are unable to resolve the dispute themselves, then the parties shall enter into an arbitration process under the Arbitration Act 1996 to be held New Zealand. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement will be governed by New Zealand law and the Courts of New Zealand will have exclusive jurisdiction.
